It’s official. Honda Civic is Canada’s best-selling car for 24 straight years
The Honda Civic is once again at the top of the Canadian passenger car sales segment. Led by the universally acclaimed, all-new 11th generation Civic, a total of 43,556 units were sold in 2021 allowing it to maintain its number one position for an unprecedented 24th consecutive year.

Civic is Honda’s longest-running automotive nameplate with more than 2.25 million sold in Canada since 1973. Various Civic models have been built at Honda of Canada Mfg. (HCM) facilities in Alliston, Ontario continuously since 1988, longer than any other Honda plant in the world currently producing the model.
